Athletics 

Welcome to Jasper High School Athletics!  We look forward to working with your student athlete.  We are utilizing an electronic system called Rank One for the collection of all necessary paperwork.  This system will allow you to complete paperwork forms electronically online.  This system will allow us to have better oversight on athletic paperwork.  It will also be much more efficient for the coaches and easier for the parents and guardians.

Need Forms

There are two forms that will need to be turned into the coaches: UIL Physical & Medical History Form.

Reminder

All physicals dated before April 1st of the current year have expired. All athletes are required to get a new physical each school year.   

The remainder of the process may be completed online at the Rank One.  You will need your child’s school identification number to register.
